About
Mike Mosiniak, owner and operator of Delaware Valley Investigative Solutions, has been a law enforcement professional since 1985. He specialized in criminal investigations for most of his over 37-year career, including Homicide investigations and other major crimes. Mike retired as the Deputy Chief of the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, County Detectives Unit. He is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command, Class #426, and the FBI LEEDA Trilogy. He is also an ACFE Certified Fraud Examiner. Mike is an active-duty veteran of the United States Air Force and served as a Law Enforcement Specialist. He is a graduate of Neumann University with a BS in Public Safety Administration.
